Privatized housing policy is evolving in response to the demand of our military customers. Based on the residents feedback that was recently received in the CEL survey, we have implemented a variety of programs including flat rate rent, resident referral programs, incentives to military living in the local economy, and community efforts that will allow current residents living in most of the existing homes to pay the lower rents once a goal is reached. Please see our new specials tab with all of our current promotions. As we implement many of these new programs, there will be details in our current military policies that the specials override. Approximately 1 out of every 4 incoming families has the opportunity to be assigned to a new home. Out of our 2,400 homes within the project, only 732 are newer (built after 2003).
